Kathy has been in the real estate business for 19 years. Although 80% of her business involves residential real estate, she also has experience in commercial leases as well as residential and commercial land. Kathy graduated from LSU with a degree in marketing, and had a successful career in that field before she transitioned to real estate. She is passionate about beautification in our community and serves on the Ouachita Business Alliance beautification sub-committee and also is involved with the planting and maintenance of the Marie Place Boulevard end caps through the Monroe Garden Study League.
“My philosophy is simple. My job is to bring people together. I don’t just sell property. I understand the impact my actions have on the families I serve. A home will impact a family’s lifestyle, their selection of neighbors and friends, the schools their children will attend and the community activities in which they participate. In short, real estate purchases play a big part in a family’s social and financial life. I think of my clients not as transactions, but as relationships. My goal is to deliver a luxury experience to each of my clients, no matter the price point of their homes."
Kathy was born and raised right here in Monroe. One of the things she likes most about the area is that you can be anywhere in under ten minutes.
Most people know Kathy as the resident gardening expert, and come to her with all their horticultural questions.
The thing Kathy loves most about being a Realtor is the opportunity to meet new people. In her free time you may find her working in her garden, arranging flowers or cooking. And you can always find her through John Rea.
